Otoko No Isshou live action drama review

Otoko No Isshou is a live action tale about a woman who has to encounter an elderly man who seeks her grandmother’s inheritance and estate. It’s a live action drama, that doesn’t seem very cartoony much like the Taiwanese adaptation of the Japanese dramatic manga, Mars, starring Barbie Hsu and Vic Chou. The show is very plain, not very thematic and more based on Academy Award based acting. There’s not a lot of risks despite the film involving sexual relations between a woman and an elderly man. And for some odd reason the film has a very anime-ish song for the outro that doesn’t really fit.
So acting: 4/5.
Plot: 3/5
Average: 3.5/5
Overall impressions (not averaging the two:) 3/5
